Responsibilities
- Create and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding billing, scheduling, and account-related matters.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute radio logs and programming schedules.
- Assist with traffic coordination and ensure accurate scheduling of advertising and programming content.
- Support ongoing office projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Previous billing, traffic, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
