Assistant Administrative And Receptionist

The Administrative Assistant and Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients. He/she actively contributes to their satisfaction. This versatile role offers a central position within our body shop, in a dynamic and service-oriented environment.

Under the responsibility of the Workshop Manager and the After-Sales Director, on a daily basis you will need to:

Ensure administrative management and reception within the body shop

Welcome and direct clients with professionalism and courtesy
Answer phone calls and manage information requests
Manage administrative tasks from reception to settlement
Organize appointments and workshop schedules
Ensure the filing and archiving of documents
Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, experts and insurance companies
Manage loan vehicles

Accompany the management in the administrative pilot of sales

Extract data according to the needs of the management
Develop reports and dashboards
Produce key indicators
Contribute to the management of the activity
