Job SummaryThe Southwest Tennessee Community College Whitehaven Center is looking for a well‑motivated student to assist the staff at the Whitehaven Center with basic clerical tasks.
Job Duties- Operate office equipment (fax machines, copies, and telephone system)
- Answer telephones, greet students, and campus visitors
- Assist faculty, staff, students with making copies, providing information, etc.
- Internal pick‑up and delivery of mail, parcels, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Center, classrooms, and computer labs
- Set‑up and breakdown of student events and activities (no heavy lifting or moving furniture)
- Provide clerical support to Student Services (advising, admissions, financial aid, enrollment services, etc.)
- May perform other duties during registration and class start
- Must be a registered student of Southwest Tennessee Community College.
- Only students who are approved for Federal Work Study are qualified for this position.
