Plant Administrator

Plant Administrator, Memphis, TN – reports to the Administration Supervisor.

• Perform administrative, operational and general office duties.
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Review and approve time cards; assist with weekly and bi‑weekly payroll processes.
• Support the site safety program.
• Provide assistance across multiple areas such as production, maintenance, and administration.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

• Post‑secondary or business administration certificate is an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in document administration, creating and editing procedures and work instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and data entry.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to present information effectively and correspond with all levels of the organization.
