Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
- Monitors program, project, and system status, budgets and timetables.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program and system guidelines and procedures.
- Gathers and compiles information for reports.
- Provides technical support, which may include program and system training, program and system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
- Assists with Employee Morale Activities (and ERG’s) of the site to keep a positive company culture and an adherence to the Medtronic Mission.
- Prepares travel and purchase orders for Distribution Operations as assigned.
- Coordinates external and internal requests for information and tours.
- Serves as the site liaison for Kronos.
- Prepares the site Distribution Newsletter.
- Serves as the site Communications lead by composing and sending communications to employee population as needed.
- Coordinates the Distribution town hall and other special events/meals.
- Demonstrates strong time‑management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Handles multiple and changing priorities with problem‑solving skills and diplomacy.
- Exhibits excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Communicates effectively and demonstrates a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Proficient in modern technology and extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Provides executive admin support and possesses broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices.
- Is a continuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to change.
- Minimum of6years of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
4‑year college degree preferred.
