Location:

Aitken Headquarters – Houston, TX 77022.

Job Overview
  • Maintain and order inventory of office supplies (stationary, lunchroom and janitorial).
  • Maintain incoming/outgoing mail process and procedures.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the setup of company functions and special events.
  • Maintain building security system.
  • Work with HR and Department Managers on all onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper equipment ordered and procured.
  • Greets and assists visitors (vendors, customers, third‑party contractors, and job interview applicants), ensuring all safety and health office protocols are followed.
  • Provide customer service and support to all assigned Office Departments.
  • Ability to perform company errands during business hours, requiring a clean driving record.
  • Document entry for invoicing and billing.
  • Assist with renewals of building permits as needed.
Experience
  • 2–3 years of related office administrator experience in a corporate environment where meeting and greeting customers, vendors, and visitors is frequent and upholds highest standards of customer service.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
Specialized Knowledge – Certificates & Licenses
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures related to purchasing and coordination of office materials and equipment.
  • Knowledge of building safety, building compliance and waste removal standards, a plus.
  • Bilingual, a plus.
