Overview

This indirect volunteer opportunity involves making telephone calls to patients or caregivers to check for any immediate needs that the care team should be informed about. The role requires asking a few select questions and documenting responses so the team can review them. This can be done from our office or remotely from the volunteer's computer after training and screening.

• Make telephone calls to patients or caregivers to check for immediate needs and relay information to the care team.
• Ask a predefined set of questions and document responses for team review.
• Coordinate with the care team and report findings after screening and training.
