THIS IS A GRANT-FUNDED POSITION FUNDED UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2026
The Office Coordinator provides administrative support to the Program Administrator, lead health coaches, and community health workers.
ResponsibilitiesSupports the Director of Operations with the smooth and efficient operations of the Health Hubs.
Documents and captures information from clients to identify the purpose of the visit and contact information for follow-up.
Provides telephone support (answer all incoming calls and retrieve and take messages for staff).
Set up and plan for any meetings at the Health Hub including catering, ordering, etc.
Manages and schedules all appointments for clients with Heath Coaches and Administrator, to ensure smooth functioning within the Health Hub.
Logs office expenses and provides documentation to the Program Manager.
Ensures the Health Hubs are staffed per schedule.
Ensures the opening and closing hours for the Health Hubs are maintained and ready for daily operations.
Maintains files and folders with forms for all outreach activities for Health coaches.
Orders office supplies and other equipment needed for daily operations at the Health Hub.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsEDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE:
Four (4) years of relevant experience with office coordination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This position may occasionally be required to work weekends and evenings.
