Receptionist – Memphis, TN (President’s Island Plant)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $26.40

Responsibilities- Format, type, and edit a variety of correspondence including memos, reports, and confidential material; draft routine correspondence for manager’s approval.
- Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors, schedule appointments and meetings, and resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and close dispatches.
- Assist the Inventory Team with monthly reports and physical counts.
- Carry out special projects and assignments as requested; compile, analyze, and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update departmental files, records, and publications; maintain confidential files and materials.
- Schedule conferences, meetings, and appointments; notify attendees and make necessary arrangements; arrange domestic and international travel.
- Place orders as needed through the plant purchasing system (e.g., Office Supplies, Gift Cards, etc.).
- Oversee and facilitate potential new hires and/or internal promotions.
- Coordinate heavy events and catering within and outside company hours.
- Participate in the L2L Program: create and maintain maintenance checklists, enter audit schedules.
- Proficient in using Outlook, word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
- Working knowledge of operating office equipment including copy machine, fax machine, and Facility OS.
- Experience in developing and maintaining files and correspondence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organizational skills.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Follow‑up and results‑orientation skills.
