Duties:
Manager Notes:
The position will follow a Monday through Friday schedule with a 37.5-hour work week (7.5 hour work day). Lunch can be 30 Mins or 1 Hour.
Additionally, the contractor must establish an appropriate work environment free from distractions within their home. A professional business environment must be maintained that includes, but is not limited to, the elimination of background noise. This role will involve phone calls to candidates should additional information be need to complete their background checks.
Primary
Purpose:
To provide support to colleagues by answering questions, providing explanations, resolving issues and responding to inquiries related to colleague data, programs, policies, practices and procedures.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Serves as a first-level resource for colleague interactions with CR responding to inquiries in a professional, urgent and confidential manner. Performs and provides guidance on administrative tasks including, but not limited to, compliance document distribution and collection, verifications of employment and good standing, unemployment claims and review/approval of one-time payments. Monitors, troubleshoots and offers instruction for colleague self-service for initiating transactions in the HRIS system.
Maintains colleague data in compliance with federal and state standards. Collaborates with and supports Tier 2 and other Centers of Excellence COEs on general CR programs, initiatives and projects as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization s quality program(s).
Note:
Looking for temps with background check experience with preferred experience with Sterling and/or Workday. (The role will primarily be performing background checks).

Education:
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
