We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Shop Administrator to support the daily operations of our busy mechanic shop. This position serves as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and management while helping keep repair orders, invoicing, and shop workflow running smoothly.

The Shop Administrator acts as an advisor, coordinating vehicle service requests, communicating repair information, creating work orders, and assisting with invoicing and billing. This role is critical to ensuring efficient shop operations and excellent customer service.

• Greet customers and assist with service inquiries
• Create and manage repair orders and work requests
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and updates to customers
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow between technicians and management
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Process invoicing, billing, and payment transactions
• Order and track parts as needed
• Answer phones, emails, and customer questions professionally
• Assist with inventory tracking and administrative tasks
• Ensure customer information and service records remain accurate and up to date
