Job SummaryThe Southwest Tennessee Community College Admissions & Recruitment Office is looking for a well‑motivated student to fill the Office Assistant role. The Admissions & Recruitment Assistant will gain hands‑on experience and provide essential support to both the Admissions & Recruitment offices. The assistant will work closely with staff to provide a professional, welcoming environment for prospective students seeking guidance on beginning their higher education goals.
Job Duties- Daily Office and Administrative Support
- Campus Tours and Prospective Student Engagement
- Events and Recruitment Operations
- Must be a registered student of Southwest Tennessee Community College.
- Only students who are approved for Federal Work Study are qualified for this position.
- If you have any questions regarding this requirement, please reach out to the Financial Aid Office.
- Requires regular attendance for the allotted hours per week.
- Dependable, courteous, and possess good communication skills.
- The Admissions & Recruitment Office hosts on and off campus events. There are some instances that work hours would be available outside of normal business hours.
