Shop Supervisor (Full‑Time)

Are you ready to put your leadership skills to use? Do you have experience as an automotive technician? City Auto Memphis in Memphis, TN is looking for a Shop Supervisor to lead our talented team and keep operations running at peak performance on a full‑time basis.

Pay: $75,000–$120,000 per year (plus potential for billable hours and bonuses).
Schedule: Shifts within business hours, Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (we’re closed on Sundays so you can recharge).

• 5+ years of technician experience
• Previous management or leadership experience
• A valid driver’s license

• ASE certification
• Factory certification
