WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the vital link between customers, technicians, and management.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers before they can say, I only need one quick thing.
- Translating customer concerns into technician English.
- Explaining that a weird noise is not an official manufacturer fault code.
- Recommending maintenance before the vehicle begins communicating exclusively through warning lights.
- Writing estimates.
- Tracking vehicle progress while simultaneously answering phones, emails, texts, and existential questions.
- Updating customers.
- Explaining repair invoices.
- Maintaining professionalism when someone says, But You Tube said it would cost $12.

QUALIFICATIONS- Service advisor experience preferred
- Positive attitude required
- Sales experience is a plus
- CSI-focused
- Must be capable of smiling while hearing the phrase, Can you knock a little off the price?
