Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and by phone;
Schedule appointments, understand customer needs, communicate processes and timelines, and sell parts and services;
Manage service business organization through work orders and register transactions, vehicle inspections, and product knowledge;
Follow policies related to cash, credit, refunds, and returns; assist with opening/closing duties in designated locations;
