We are currently looking for an experienced Debug Technician to join our manufacturing team in Memphis, TN. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in PCBA debugging, electronics troubleshooting, component-level repair, and manufacturing equipment
.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies to the component level.
  • Perform PCBA/PCB debugging
    , identify failures, and support component-level repairs.
  • Operate electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized testing equipment
    .
  • Develop and maintain PCBA Debug Guides and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Assist with the installation, debugging, testing, and validation of process equipment
    .
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve functionality issues and update procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to Debug Technicians, Assemblers, and other technical personnel
    .
  • Support the development and maintenance of work instructions, equipment logs, batch records, and device history documentation
    .
  • Monitor equipment performance, production yields, and cycle rates.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Follow all applicable safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
    .
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in electronics troubleshooting, PCBA debugging, electrical/electronic repair, or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with component-level troubleshooting and repair
    .
  • Experience working with PCBs/PCBAs and electronic assemblies
    .
  • Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and electronic test equipment
    .
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, medical devices, industrial automation, semiconductor, or EMS environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Engineering and cross-functional manufacturing teams.
  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
