Earn up to an additional $5 per flagged hour through our Technician Loyalty Bonus Program for up to 5 years of service.

Bonus payouts are distributed in one-third installments over a 3-year cycle, rewarding long-term commitment and performance.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, drive trains, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and other major components
• Complete warranty and manufacturer repairs according to Toyota standards
• Conduct vehicle inspections and test drives
• Communicate repair recommendations and additional findings with Service Advisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• 2+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience preferred
• Toyota or dealership experience preferred but not required
• ASE certifications or B-Level technician experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Desire to continue learning and growing technically
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
