Under management's direction, the Hospital Services Lead travels between customer healthcare facilities providing on-site proactive collection and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs. This includes, but is not limited to:
Sharps Management Services, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, Document Management.

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services, including but not limited to:
  Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances and Document Shredding. Installs product, resurvey accounts and assists Supervisor in asset/inventory management.
• In absence of Service Supervisor, is the lead in charge of Hospital Services Technicians. Trains, coaches and provides guidance to them.
• Acts as primary on-site contact for the customer. Interacts professionally with on-site customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded. May travel to customers in assigned area to proactively resolve customer service questions and issues.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule. May assist with installs as required.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
• Fills in for other team members who are on vacation, sick, on leave, etc.
• Position requires extensive lifting, walking, bending, and pushing. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and push and/or pull carts weighing as much as 500 pounds.

• Education equivalent to graduation from high school, or GED.
• Two or more years of industry-related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations.
• May require mandatory immunizations and credentials based on customer requirements.
• Must possess a valid driver's license. Must possess reliable transportation to travel between customer facilities.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the primary customer base, based on business needs.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with little supervision.
• Demonstrates knowledge of computer software applications including spreadsheets and application-based programs to track daily KPIs.

• This Lead position will cover TMs that are sick, vacationing & installs for accounts in the Memphis area & Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas. May also assist TMs in Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Alabama & Florida
• Main territory is Memphis, TN – Roughly 25 accounts in Memphis.
• Will also learn and service in Jonesboro, Paragould, Batesville, and Searcy, AR as well as North Mississippi.

Shift Days:
Monday thru Friday with possible travel on Sundays

Shift Time: 4 am to 7 am - depending on the hospital

Locations:
Memphis & Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas. May also assist TMs in Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Alabama & Florida
