The Senior Manager, Procurement
, leads the delivery and execution of strategic category plans and sourcing events for indirect categories of spend. This role liaises with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers to drive effective and transparent sourcing processes and develop strategies that support our business partner's needs and objectives. This role delivers value through strategic supplier partnership, innovation, and risk mitigation, driving cost efficiency, quality, speed‑to‑market, and resilience.
Leveraging data‑driven insights and proactive category strategies, the position optimizes total cost of ownership, enhances supplier performance, and supports business growth. The Senior Manager, Procurement manages centralized supplier relationships, ensuring supplier compliance with contract obligations, service level agreements, audits, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a senior member of the Procurement division and will serve as a mentor for category managers and procurement professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Develop, lead and manage the execution of large, complex sourcing events within assigned categories, leveraging data, market intelligence, and business needs
- Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders (and EPMO where relevant) to ensure that RFPs/competitive events and negotiations are executed with proper time for executive alignment, proper negotiation and transition/change management
- Accountable for developing an opportunity pipeline, and subsequently delivering savings to meet established targets
- Develop all bid related materials for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, reverse auctions, or any other strategy utilized
- Lead all sourcing events, driving to established milestones, providing guidance to the teams, and ensuring ethical and fair execution
- Develop negotiation strategies and execute high‑stakes negotiations without sacrificing quality or performance
- Guide, facilitate, and lead negotiations for the full variety of agreements and contracts within category including, but not limited to:
Master Service Agreements, NDA, SOWs, purchase orders, term sheets, pricing schedules, etc. - Ensure agreements and contracts reflect the needs of the business and mitigate business risks, and include total cost of ownership, suggested business terms and conditions to protect our interests and establish a foundation for a strong supplier relationship
