Advisor-Digital Product

Provides enterprise-level leadership in digital product strategy by driving innovation, aligning cross-functional execution, and shaping the future of omni-channel experiences. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and ensures digital initiatives support long-term business goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and lead strategic planning for digital product lifecycle and customer experience.
• Guide enterprise-level product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and technical teams.
• Exercise independent judgment in evaluating risks, opportunities, and platform performance.
• Oversee Agile planning cycles and manage scope, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with design, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive digital strategy.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform innovation and best practices.
• Provide strategic updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum experience

• Six (6) years of experience in digital product strategy, product leadership, or enterprise-level initiatives.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and digital innovation.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a Fed Ex Freight location in Memphis, TN and Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a Fed Ex Freight location several times per week.
