** Senior Business Process Analyst

** Memphis, TN / Hybrid (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
** Pay Range:** $33
** What's the Job?*
* + Support continuous improvement initiatives by partnering with team members to gather requirements and document current and future processes.
+ Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, including timelines, deliverables, financials, risks, and issues.
+ Manage and document the project lifecycle, including intake, planning, execution, testing, change management, governance, and post-implementation activities.
+ Maintain project artifacts, trackers, meeting materials, and decision logs to ensure strong program governance.
+ Support AI platform testing, use case documentation, training materials, and adoption tracking in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
** What's Needed?*
* + At least 1 year of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or related role within a large organization.
+ Experience supporting transformation, shared services, or finance projects is preferred.
+ Proficiency with SharePoint or similar document management and collaboration tools.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and identify insights.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing clear materials for senior leadership.
