Fleet Claims Supervisor

Budget of Memphis is a premier car rental provider known for maintaining a reliable and high-quality fleet. We are seeking a detail-oriented Rental Fleet Claims Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in generating repair estimates as well as claims processing to ensure our fleet remains in top condition.

• Generate body job estimates.
• Generate glass damage estimates.
• Take photos of damages.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and coordinate with repair vendors.
• Ensure all repair work aligns with company standards and cost guidelines.
• Coordinate and prepare claims process.
• Maintain detailed records of damages, estimates, and claims.

• Experience in writing automotive damage estimation, claims processing, or fleet management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Familiarity with rental car operations is a plus.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents/accidents in the last 3 years

Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
