Lead commercialization initiatives and manage priorities while executing the functional responsibilities associated with the New Product Planning process aligned with business strategy and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) principles.

• Lead Project Management for new products using Project Management processes and tools ensuring delivery of agreed scope, on-time execution of all activities, meeting the promised metrics, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead cross‑functional divisional reviews for Profit’s Center Project Portfolio, including Stage Gate submissions.
• Lead weekly cross‑functional team meetings to ensure projects are aligned and are meeting timelines.
• Document stage gate process to give effective and quality input to the IBP process, by giving visibility of changes in timings, scope and impact of all risks and opportunities.
• Ensure effective SKU rationalization process.
• Product lifecycle management, including Post Launch reviews, SKU de‑complexity: continual management of total product performance and drive actions to avoid uncontrolled range proliferation and increased business complexity.

• 2+ years Project Management experience (Product or Service Commercialization)
• PMP certification preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline highly preferred
• Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry is a plus
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint experience required
• Experience working with a manufacturing organization a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
