Role Overview

Experiential Hospitality is seeking an entrepreneurial and visionary Commercial Director to build and lead the commercial function during one of the company's most exciting stages of growth. Working alongside the executive leadership team, this role will transform the commercial foundations already established into a scalable, world-class commercial platform supporting the launch and growth of 3 different outdoor hospitality brands. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial DNA of a purpose-driven hospitality company, building the systems, partnerships, technology, and team that will drive long-term international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's commercial strategy, aligning revenue growth with the company's long-term vision.
• Lead the successful market launch of 3 different outdoor hospitality brands.
• Oversee revenue management, sales, distribution, digital commerce, marketing, and public relations across all brands.
• Build strategic partnerships with luxury travel networks, advisors, tourism organizations, and global distribution partners.
• Design and implement scalable commercial systems, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and technology platforms.
• Lead customer acquisition, direct booking growth, and commercial performance optimization throughout the guest journey.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial organization as the company expands.
