You will translate strategy into deployment plans, lead stakeholder engagement, and coordinate training to ensure readiness and benefits realization.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in global change management and communications, plus a Bachelor's in Communications or related field;
Prosci/ADKAR certification is preferred.
