Propulsion Program Leader

Description

Provide techops single point of contact, program expertise and commercial input for specific propulsion fleet(s).

• Oversee the execution of services related to the operation and maintenance of propulsion systems.
• Provide direction & leadership for propulsion fleet management activities including financial implications and special projects/initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent required. Degree in Airline/Aviation Management, Engineering, Finance.

Five (5) Years’ experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operational Analysis, preferably in an engine maintenance environment.

• Working knowledge in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, Project Management, Accounting, Audit or Operational Analysis.
• Intermediate Knowledge of Personal Computer Applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access).
• Strong analytical, human relations, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Desired location:
Memphis, TN. Employees will be required to work at the Fed Ex location five days a week.
