Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations focused on efficiency, quality, and compliance across multiple functional teams.
- Supervise and mentor a multi-operational team of 200+ employees , including managers, senior analysts, and analysts.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve customer experience.
- Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all teams meet or exceed established performance targets, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to support operational objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on process performance, efficiencies, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry , including at least 3+ years in a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in insurance business process operations and transaction management.
- Strong proficiency in business process management, optimization, and performance improvement.
- Experience working with 2-3 or more life insurance companies or TPA/BPO service providers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver operational excellence in high-volume environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) strongly preferred.
- Proven experience driving digital transformation and process automation within insurance operations.

- 5:00 p.m. CST
Travel:
Occasional (approximately once per month within the U.S.)
