Position: Employer Success Lead

The Employer Success Lead is a senior individual contributor within Reach University’s Growth group, responsible for delivering reliable, high-quality support to employer partners while improving the systems and processes that support those relationships. You’ll connect relationships with systems, ensuring that employers experience clear communication, timely responses, and streamlined processes from onboarding through ongoing partnership growth and development.

You’ll identify recurring employer needs, question, test, and refine improvements to our workflows, and translate partner feedback into scalable solutions that strengthen employee engagement and candidate success. Working closely with the Employer Success team and cross-functional partners, including Admissions, Academics, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Growth, etc., you will serve as a bridge between daily operations and system design.

The Employer Success Lead combines empathy and precision — translating partner feedback into institutional improvements while modeling the clarity, reliability, and responsiveness that define Reach’s mission to turn jobs into degrees.
