We're growing across Middle Tennessee and searching for a Service Manager who combines a passion for developing people with a relentless drive to get things done. This is a role for someone who loves building strong teams, creating clarity, solving complex problems, and taking ownership of results. • Able to lift and carry 50lbs repeatedly
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean MVR
• Authorized to work in the Unites States
• Multiple years experience doing chemical lawncare
• An leaders attitude that sets the mood for a team and rejects victim hood
