Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced customer account professional to serve as the primary liaison between clients, sales, and our plant/print teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate order processing, and seamless project execution. The ideal candidate can “speak the language” of the industry, translate client needs into production-ready specifications, and support account managers in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role focused on coordination, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
