Superintendent Medical Construction

This is a Great Superintendent opportunity with a 50-year-old reputable & growing General Contractor in Memphis.

They are looking for someone experienced with medical office / healthcare projects and who is willing to commute 1-2 hours away for their local/regional projects. Most of their work is in Memphis / Jackson area.

This General Contractor was started over 50 years ago and operates across a multitude of disciplines including:
Hospitality-Multifamily, Healthcare, Religious and Higher-Education project types.

The Superintendent will manage daily operations onsite including the project staff and subcontractors. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors

• Must have 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Commercial ($10-30M+) projects from start up through completion.
• Preferred experience also with healthcare / medical construction
• Prefer local Memphis candidates who are familiar with the codes and have a good relationship with many of the local subcontractors.

• Bachelor’s/Associates degree in Construction/Business Management preferred (but not required).
• 10+ years of construction superintendent experience in the
  ground-up / new-construction industry.

$125,000-$145,000 per year
