Position OverviewAs the face of the company to our clients, the Project Manager serves as a trusted expert in electrical construction solutions. You’ll lead the execution of commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction through final sign‑off, driving new business opportunities, ensuring profitable delivery, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic oversight, hands‑on project management, and strong client engagement to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Customer & Client Leadership- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
- Develop long‑term relationships based on communication, responsiveness, and trust.
- Understand and anticipate client needs to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
- Lead all phases of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, manpower, and quality control.
- Collaborate closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.
- Prepare and track documentation: RFIs, change orders, submittals, schedules of values, and billing.
- Lead and enforce a safety‑first culture, ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards and internal protocols.
- Conduct site inspections and regular safety meetings.
- Proactively mitigate risk through thorough planning and incident response.
- Support the estimating team in preparing competitive project bids.
- Evaluate scope, pricing, and performance.
- Oversee procurement to ensure on‑time delivery of materials and alignment with budget constraints.
- Maintain full accountability for project financials.
- Track and report on cash flow, job cost analysis, and profitability.
- Conduct cost reviews and value engineering to improve performance.
- Coordinate and motivate cross‑functional teams, including field crews and subcontractors.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high‑performance culture.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across projects.

- 5+ years managing electrical construction projects (commercial or industrial).
- 1+ years estimating electrical projects preferred (commercial or industrial).
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
- Deep understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Electrical estimating software required; knowledge of a project management & scheduling software preferred.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and client‑facing presence.
- Data‑driven.
- OSHA training preferred; PMP or equivalent is a plus.
