Well Respected Civil Construction and Development company based out of Memphis, TN. Specializing in underground utilities including pipe, dirt, concrete, and erosion crews.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Pipe Layer to join our growing civil construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing underground utilities and be able to work efficiently as part of a crew on sewer, storm drain, and water line projects.

• Install sewer, storm drain, and water pipe according to project specifications and site plans.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, utility plans, and grade stakes.
• Check elevations and grades to ensure proper pipe alignment and installation.
• Assist with trench preparation, pipe placement, back filling, and compaction.
• Work closely with equipment operators and foremen to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Inspect pipe, fittings, and materials before installation.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general labor duties as needed to support the crew.

• 1–2 years of experience installing sewer, storm drain, and water pipe in a civil construction environment.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction drawings.
• Experience checking elevations and grades using construction tools.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
