The Person nel Consulting Group is seeking qualified superintendents for a national railroad construction client to lead field operations in Tennessee, including Memphis projects.
You will train crews, schedule daily jobs, enforce safety rules, conduct inspections, and report findings to the Area Manager, while coordinating equipment and materials to job sites.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on management of crews and safety programs.
