The ideal candidate is a proven field leader with strong commercial construction experience and the ability to drive projects from mobilization through completion. General contractor experience is strongly preferred, particularly for candidates who have managed complex projects with multiple trades and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily field operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects from mobilization through final closeout
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trade partners, suppliers, inspectors, and other jobsite personnel
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to meet key milestones and completion dates
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and proactively address manpower, scheduling, quality, and coordination issues
  • Enforce jobsite safety requirements and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship and quality control throughout all phases of construction
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents to identify and resolve field conflicts
  • Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate sequencing, logistics, project priorities, and schedule requirements
  • Lead regular jobsite and subcontractor meetings to communicate schedule updates, safety expectations, and project priorities
  • Identify potential field issues early and implement practical solutions to minimize delays and maintain production
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, site documentation, and other required project records
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and project team members
  • Coordinate inspections, punch-list activities, turnover, and final closeout
  • Ensure field activities remain aligned with project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality expectations
