Upchurch is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects including new construction, tenant improvements, and retrofits. The role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to analyze drawings and specs.
You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors, perform quantity take-offs, prepare labor, material and equipment costs, and stay current with industry codes and BIM/VDC coordination.
