At Ander Corp, we're looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team and help lead the successful delivery of exceptional construction projects. As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for directing and coordinating all field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You'll serve as a key representative of Ander Corp, building trust with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders throughout every phase of construction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and promoting a strong jobsite safety culture
• Managing daily field operations and onsite coordination
• Driving project schedules and subcontractor performance
• Maintaining quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
• Coordinating inspections, logistics, material deliveries, and site activities
• Leading trade meetings, safety talks, and preparatory meetings
• Collaborating closely with project managers, owners, consultants, and trade partners
• Supporting project budgeting, closeout activities, and issue resolution

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of construction experience
• 5+ years of field supervision experience
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Experience with construction technology, scheduling software, and project management platforms
