Commercial Roofing Estimator
Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We're looking for an Estimator to bid and win commercial roofing and waterproofing projects.
What You'll Do- Analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive estimates
- Build strategic relationships with clients, manufacturers, and vendors
- Prepare bid documents and track projects through the estimating system
- Analyze completed jobs to improve future estimating accuracy
- Strong analytical and math skills
- OSHA 10-hour card and valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Roofing industry experience, OSHA 30-hour card
- Bilingual fluency, experience with estimating software
- Trade-specific training & room to grow with the company
- Company-provided tools/equipment as needed
- Medical (2 plans, including HDHP with HSA & company match)
