ARCO is seeking a senior superintendent to lead ground-up, cold storage and light industrial projects at 100k sq ft and above. You will drive preconstruction planning, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination from day one, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.
You will manage field operations, maintain strict safety adherence, and report progress to the project manager and regional leadership, while coordinating with owners, architects, and vendors for quality results.
