Position focus

This role will primarily focus on video production timelines. Planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, processing vendor paperwork and production oversight for projects developed by the creative + content teams, across all mediums. Provides end‑to‑end support by developing, managing, and tracking work while coordinating across creative teams (creative direction, design, writers, photography, video) marketing and other key stakeholders. Works closely with creative + content leads, internal operation teams, Strategic Sourcing, Legal and Finance teams as well as outside vendors to ensure cost efficiencies and timeliness.

Skilled in creative project management, video and print production, purchasing/procurement software, competent in the use of workload/project management systems/ Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate production timelines across media (video, print, digital).
  • Coordinate vendor selection, paperwork, and production oversight for projects from creative + content teams.
  • Develop, manage, and track work while coordinating across creative, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative leads, internal operations, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and outside vendors to ensure cost efficiencies and timely delivery.
  • Apply knowledge of video, printing, and graphic design industry and production processes to support timelines.
  • Support high-volume workloads with tight deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
  • Experience in creative project management/creative work; experience supporting creative teams (agency or in-house).
  • Spec management: ability to translate from creative to production teams and vendors.
  • Experience with video production workflows; focus on timelines and coordination rather than hands-on video work.
  • Ability to handle multiple mediums (print, digital, video) within production timelines.
  • Knowledge typically gained through a bachelor’s degree in video production, graphic design, advertising, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience in advertising, marketing, and/or printing agency.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet or similar); asset/workload management systems (Adobe Workfront, Ziflow, DAM); procurement systems (Oracle or similar).
