I opened my agency in 2013 after working as a State Farm Agency Aspirant, gaining hands‑on experience with another agent before stepping into ownership. Today, our team has grown to 15 members, and we operate with a strong growth mindset and an “all in it to win it” mentality. I’m a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management.
I’m married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I also previously played professional golf, which shaped the competitive drive and discipline I bring into the agency. Giving back is a major part of who we are. I’m heavily involved with HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes, a veteran‑owned organization, and spend significant time volunteering and supporting their mission.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Jaworski - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
