What You’ll Do
  • Deliver Unmatched Customer Service – Foster a customer‑first culture where service excellence is the foundation of every interaction.
  • Intake for Warranty & Service Excellence – Ensure seamless execution of product servicing, warranties, and repairs, building trust and loyalty with our customers.
  • Support the Customer Experience Across All Communication Channels – Build trust and brand loyalty by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and customer‑first support through phone and email interactions.
  • Cross‑train within the retail store to support in‑store customer experience needs as required.

Qualifications
  • Customer service or customer experience preferred.
  • Experience handling phone and email communication preferred.
  • Understanding customer experience trends and brand storytelling is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
