Job Summary

Gossett VW Germantown seeks a part-time, results-driven Automotive Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service to our VW clients in the Memphis, Tennessee area. This is a base-plus-commission sales role based on performance and results. The Service Advisor's primary roles and responsibilities are providing outstanding customer service, the efficient management of customer service operations, and the ability to effectively identify and resolve difficult customer service and technical problems.

& Benefits

This position offers a compensation of $55,000 to $120,000 annually, based on performance and results. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert customer service to all VW customers
  • Answer questions, address concerns, and provide solutions to customer service issues
  • Monitor customer service operations, ensuring an efficient day-to-day operation
  • Analyze customer service data to identify areas of improvement
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve customer service functionality
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Upsell and encourage add-ons or additional services
  • Liaise with VW technical teams and technicians to troubleshoot and identify service-related issues
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Adhere to all legal agency and VW standards and policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of automotive customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and associated software
  • Compliance with all safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Clean driving record
