Are you a people person who loves being the friendly voice on the other end of the line? We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our in-house call center
! In this role, you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday per month to keep things exciting. Don't worry - you will get a day off during the week to maintain that perfect work-life balance.

- Schedule service appointments like a scheduling superstar.
- Make follow-up and retention calls to keep customers happy and coming back.
- Deliver five-star customer service by listening carefully and providing accurate, helpful information.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep appointments running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Meet and exceed monthly goals - and celebrate those wins!
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliability and Punctuality - you show up ready to shine.
- Excellent Communication Skills (phone, email, and chat).
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Solid computer skills.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus,
but not required - we'll gladly teach you what you need to know.
