In this vital role, you’ll provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our diverse client base, which spans medical offices, apartment complexes, and various professional services. This is an in‑office position.

• Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls
  , greeting callers with a polite and pleasant demeanor.
• Accurately gather and relay essential information, ensuring all message details are thorough and precise.
• Verify and meticulously enter information into our system, providing clients with confidence that their issues will be effectively communicated.

• A welcoming voice and an upbeat, professional tone.
• Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar.
• Proficiency in a Windows‑based computer environment.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Availability to work one weekend day
