Bilingual Client Services Representative

Purpose of Your Role

As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will interact with clients, provide information, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve client concerns. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for speaking and writing.

Position:
Friday–Tuesday, 2pm – 11pm. Starting pay: $17 per hour. Shift premiums available for weekend and evening shifts.

Initial training is onsite daytime; role transitions to hybrid work. Candidates should be local to the greater Memphis area.

• Answer inbound calls and emails.
• Resolve client issues and answer questions.
• Relay product functionality in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify and expedite priority issues.
• Route calls to appropriate resources when needed.
• Set up new accounts in the internal system.
• Assist customers in the client‑facing portal.

• High School Diploma.
• Telephone etiquette.
• Experience in a customer service role, or in the transportation or financial industry.

• Call center experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Some college or equivalent experience.
