Location: Memphis, TN
Role OverviewThe Customer Success Representative plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. This position focuses on day-to-day customer interactions, scheduling assistance, and accurate documentation to ensure smooth operations across electrical contracting projects and motor repair services. Working under the guidance of the Customer Success Lead, this role helps maintain strong customer relationships and supports the service lifecycle’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities – Customer Communication & Support- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide status updates on service calls, repair orders, and project timelines
- Maintain a professional and customer‑first approach in all interactions
- Assist with scheduling service calls, repairs, and project activities
- Communicate changes in timelines, parts availability, or delays to customers
- Ensure accurate information flow between customers, operations, and sales
- Enter customer interactions, service notes, and updates into the CRM system
- Keep records of job progress, delivery dates, and repair details current and accurate
- Support the preparation of basic customer status reports for internal review
- Help new customers complete account setup and understand service processes
- Provide forms, instructions, and basic orientation materials as needed
- Address routine customer questions and minor service concerns
- Escalate complex issues to the Customer Success Lead or appropriate team members
- 1+ years in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills (phone and email/)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience in industrial services, electrical contracting, or mechanical repair environments
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or work order processes
