Neighborly - MRR:
Shell Account is looking for a dedicated customer service representative to provide top-notch service. In this role, you'll be the first contact for customers, ensuring their experience is excellent from the moment they reach out.
You will interact with managers and dispatchers to coordinate resources effectively, while also educating customers on service options to ensure their needs are met. The starting pay range is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, with additional benefits like paid training and time off.
