If you want to become the first point of contact for a client in a key moment?
Within our car garages, we accompany our clients with professionalism and attention, in often sensitive situations. We are currently looking for a Customer Collision Advisor capable of providing quality reception, rigorous follow-up, and an impeccable client experience.

Your role: accompany, reassure, and coordinate
True privileged interlocutor of the clients, you ensure the complete follow-up of their file, from the reception to the return of the vehicle.
Daily, you will be asked to:
- Welcome clients physically and by phone;
- Identify their needs and accompany them in their procedures
- Promote our service offers, service packages, and additional product sales in line with client needs.
- Open, follow, and close administrative files;
- Manage relationships with insurance companies and experts;
- Plan interventions in conjunction with the workshop;
- Ensure client follow-up throughout the repair;
- Inform clients of the progress of work;
- Manage vehicle returns;
- Home service management
- Prospecting, development, and client loyalty
You are an essential link between the client, the workshop, and the partners.

Above all, we are looking for a reliable, serious, and respectful person, on whom we can count on a daily basis.
The qualities we prioritize are:

Experience in the automotive sector is a plus, but it is not essential. We are also open to beginner profiles, provided they are motivated, curious, and eager to learn. Motivation, know-how, and the desire to progress are criteria just as important as experience.
