Radian is seeking a Customer Support Representative (CSR) in Memphis, Tennessee. The CSR will assist customers with inquiries and provide essential information regarding Radian’s products. A strong customer service background is essential, and experience in a safety products environment is preferred.
The position requires excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls. Organizational skills and familiarity with MS Office are also necessary. Bilingual candidates in Spanish and English are a plus.
